itconnection.ai is a service of The I.T. Connection, Inc. ("we," "us"), Crystal Lake, Illinois. Last updated: August 16, 2026.
The service
We build, host, and maintain your business website, and provide tools that make changes and draft content from your instructions, including AI-assisted tools. Changes pass automated quality checks before publishing, and every change can be undone; we do not guarantee any specific business outcome, search ranking, or uninterrupted availability, though we work hard at all three.
Your content & approvals
You own your domain, your website content, and your leads. Content generated from your instructions is yours once published. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of content you request or approve — review drafts before approving them, especially claims about prices, offers, or credentials.
Billing
Service is billed on a recurring basis at the published or quoted rate, which includes a stated amount of AI usage; usage beyond it is billed at the published overage rate, with caps you control. One-time build work is quoted in advance. You can cancel any time; service continues to the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content; no use of the tools to generate spam or to violate any platform's policies. We may decline requests that create legal risk for you or us.
Leaving
If you cancel, we provide a complete copy of your website and, on request, delete your data per our privacy policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
